Principal's Report
Dear Parents, Guardians and Carers,
Special Assembly: 10am Friday, 12 September
Next week we will be saying farewell to our Deputy Principal, Mr Redi. Camillo is moving to Melbourne with his family to take up a position with the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Education Office. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Camillo’s dedication to the school community, his work, and especially his passion for learning and teaching. His genuine caring nature has been a gift to our school. As a Deputy Principal he has been unwavering in his leadership to improve all aspects of the school. He has always supported me in my role as Principal and has willingly and capably stepped into the Acting Principal role when required. His loyalty to the school, the students, staff, parents, and me personally, has been unwavering. Thankyou Camillo, for everything, and we wish you a happy, fulfilling life in the future.
It was wonderful to see so many fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers and special people here this morning to enjoy a Father’s Day breakfast with their children. This event is a highlight for our children over the year. They love bringing their dads into the school and showing them around. Special thanks to the Lion’s Club for their assistance in providing the barbeque and thanks to the P and F for organising this as well as the stall. The stall is always a success with the students having the opportunity to purchase something special for dad. We wish all fathers a Happy Father’s Day!
Best wishes
Warm regards,
Ros Joyner
Principal
